The schematic design, prepared in collaboration with architect Philip Johnson, of a visitor’s center to be used as the departure point for tours of his Glass House. Mr. Johnson intended the building to house a library of books and a study center on 1950s modernism. Conceived as a contrasting preamble, the proposed structure’s footprint is identical to that of the Glass House.
