The Music Conservatory of Westchester, established in 1929 and serving 2,500 students, occupies a fully renovated 36,000 square foot building near the center of White Plains. The project includes 43 music studios and practice rooms, a recital hall, a music therapy center, dance studios, and administrative offices. Stephen Tilly, Architect has transformed this onetime Department of Motor Vehicles building into a vibrant environment for the performing arts.
